A classically drawn man’s wearing blanket that displays very early graphic designs restricted to the high caste. Cockatoo motifs were a feature of weavings made in the royal village of Kanatang. This textile was brought to the Netherlands by a Dutch civil servant during the fist quarter of the 20th Century.
